1. Inaccurate filling or inaccurate discharge:
2. Regardless of whether the speed throttle valve and the refueling interval throttle valve are closed or not, they cannot be closed.
3. Is there any foreign matter in the quick-release three-way control valve? If yes, please fix it. Is there air in the quick-install 3-way control valve and filling pipe? If air is available, minimize or remove it.
4. Check whether the sealing ring is all damaged, if it is damaged, please replace the new sealing ring;
5. Check whether the spool of the filling nozzle is blocked or whether the opening is delayed. If there is a blockage, install it from scratch. If the opening is delayed, the throttle of the thin-walled cylinder needs to be adjusted.
6. The coil spring of the quick-assembly three-way control valve is tightened up and down with spring force, and the check valve cannot be opened when the spring force is too large;
7. Is the filling speed too fast? Adjust the inflation speed throttle to reduce the inflation speed.
8. Whether all clips and hose buckles can be sealed properly, if so, please correct.
9. The solenoid switch is not loose, please adjust the quantity and lock it.

Second, the equipment drips:
At the end of use and after shutting down, there is a problem with material leakage from the device. The technician of the sink believes that when this happens, we should give priority to checking whether the discharge port is damaged, if it is damaged, we will immediately discharge the discharge port, take it down to observe the extent of the damage, if the damage is small, we can continue to use it after proper repair, if the damage is more serious, we can consider replacing the new discharge port.

Unable to start the device:

When this happens, you should first check if there is a problem with the power supply, voltage, etc., if there is no problem with these parts, you need to check if the fuse is normal, if this position is normal, it may be that the communication line between the touch screen and the PLC is not connected or loose.
